Responsibilities

• Plans and executes an external sales strategy to meet census goals while ensuring compliance.
• Builds relationships with referral sources such as hospitals and home health agencies.
• Communicates services offered and updates supervisor with calendars.
• Implements sales strategies to convert referrals to admissions.
• Maintains territory and reports results to Administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
