Job summary

Responsibilities include managing the admissions process, developing marketing strategies, and representing the facility at outreach events, with a focus on census goals and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, marketing, business development, or healthcare sales.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience required.
• Established Cincinnati referral network is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
• Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral through admission.
• Conduct facility tours and provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and families.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure timely admission decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals and occupancy.
• Represent the facility at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
• Track referral activity and maintain accurate marketing and admissions data.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census and revenue goals.
