Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or a nursing license, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of census

• Minimum three years of census development and occupancy management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements external sales strategies to meet census goals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with referral sources such as hospitals and senior centers.
• Shares information clearly about facility services and offerings.
• Documents weekly calendar execution and reports results to supervisor.
• Converts referrals to admissions through targeted sales strategies.
• Maintains geographic territory and identifies new partnerships.
