Job summary

Beavercreek Health and Rehab is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Manager to drive census growth and manage external sales strategies. The role focuses on building referral partnerships, communicating service offerings, and maintaining compliant operations within long-term care.

The position emphasizes developing a robust referral network with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and home health agencies to optimize admissions and occupancy. Strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an unencumbered nursing license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license in the state.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home or related facility.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement an external sales strategy to reach census goals while complying with laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and home health agencies.
• Present clearly the services offered by the facility to potential referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities and schedule monthly activity calendars with results to supervisor.
• Provide weekly documentation of calendar execution to the supervisor.
• Develop sales strategies to convert referrals to admissions.
• Maintain an up-to-date listing of referral partners and territories.
