Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead the Fort Collins Terminal operations, ensuring safe unloading, storage, inventory control, and maintenance. You will drive efficiency, budget adherence, and compliance across safety, environmental, and quality standards.

You will coach and develop terminal staff, coordinate with Logistics and Sales, and manage contractor activities to meet current and future customer needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience, or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in ops or maintenance in heavy industrial environment.
• 1–3 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1–3 years hands-on maintenance in industrial settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities with safety and customer service first.
• Oversee unloading, storage, inventory, and maintenance of terminal assets.
• Develop employees and manage training plans for terminal operators.
• Manage terminal budget, costs, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and external partners for efficient operations.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of terminal staff.
• Ensure SOPs compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
