Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in operations or maintenance.
• 3–5 years in operations/maintenance in heavy industrial settings.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Technical skills in industrial operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities with focus on safety, operational excellence and customer service.
• Oversee railcar and truck unloading, cement storage, inventory management, and loading.
• Develop and manage the terminal budget and control costs.
• Coach and develop terminal staff; manage recruitment and performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory, and Amrize policies.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Operations, Maintenance, and external partners.
