Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. Fort Collins Terminal is seeking a results-driven Terminal Manager to oversee safe, efficient cement distribution operations, inventory control, and maintenance across rail and truck unloading.

You will lead terminal staff and contractors, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet current and future customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in heavy industrial environments.
• 3–5 years in an operations or maintenance role within cement, concrete, aggregates, bulk materials, or similar.
• 1–3 years in supervisory or leadership roles in terminal operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities with emphasis on safety, operational excellence, and customer service.
• Ensure all work complies with Amrize policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage the terminal operating budget aligning with cost and volume targets.
• Oversee railcar and truck unloading, cement storage, inventory management, and loading for customers.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Operations, and external partners to optimize terminal performance.
