Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead the Fort Collins Terminal in Colorado, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across rail and truck unloading, cement storage, and distribution. You will guide terminal employees and contractors, manage budgets, maintain equipment, and strengthen safety and environmental compliance while meeting customer needs and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in operations or maintenance in heavy industrial environments.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, and safe work practices.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities focused on safety, efficiency, and service quality.
• Ensure work complies with Amrize policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach terminal staff; manage training plans.
• Manage contractor activities and compliance with site rules.
• Develop and manage the terminal operating budget.
• Oversee railcar and truck unloading, cement storage, and loading.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate to Sales and Logistics.
• Coordinate with partners to support efficient terminal operations.
