Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead the Fort Collins terminal operations, including rail and truck unloading, cement storage, inventory control, and maintenance. You will drive safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while delivering reliable service to customers.

You will supervise terminal staff and contractors, manage budgets, develop staff, and coordinate with logistics, sales, and carriers to optimize performance and cost. Experience in heavy industrial operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in operations or maintenance.
• Or a HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities with focus on safety and reliability.
• Oversee receiving/unloading railcars and trucks.
• Manage maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Develop budgets and control costs.
• Coach and develop terminal staff.
