Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Manager for the Fort Collins Terminal to lead safe, efficient, and reliable operations, oversee unloading, storage, and inventory, and drive performance improvements across the site.

You will provide day-to-day leadership to terminal staff and contractors, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and manage costs and budgets to meet customer and business needs.

• Experience in leading industrial operations and teams.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Budget management and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities with focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations per Amrize standards and procedures.
• Develop and coach terminal staff, and manage training plans.
• Oversee budget development and cost controls for the terminal.
• Coordinate railcar and truck unloading, cement storage, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and daily reporting of operations.
