Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is building a US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. We are seeking a dynamic Cellular Therapy Director to drive the launch of Tab-cel (tabelecleucel) and lead strategic account plans across major centers.

You will collaborate with medical, value and access, and operations teams to enable patient access, educate physicians on PTLD, and map sites of care. This role requires extensive biopharma leadership, CGT experience, and a start-up mindset in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years in biopharma
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines
• Experience in a collaborative matrix environment
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities with scientific aptitude
• Sales experience in ultra rare disease (CGT preferred)
• Compliance with applicable laws and Pierre Fabre policies

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with laws and policies governing Pierre Fabre activities
• Navigate complex account environments and collaborate with medical, value/access, and operations teams
• Integrate customer insights to design strategic account plans
• Understand customer dynamics and market trends to identify opportunities
• Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet need, and standard of care
• Build and maintain detailed site account plans
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate access to Tab-cel Ebvallo for patients
