Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals US is leading the launch of Tab-celEbvallo for EBV+ PTLD and seeks highly motivated individuals to help build a new US organization in a startup environment focused on rare diseases. You will collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations to deliver rapid patient access.

The team values collaboration, humility, innovative thinking, and a patient-centric approach, with remote work from the US and travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 10 years in the biopharma industry.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in a collaborative matrix environment.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex account environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Provide training to treatment center staff to improve access.
• Collaborate with internal functions for efficient customer experiences.
• Support expansion of Pierre Fabre presence in the US market.
