We are seeking a highly motivated leader for the Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) team to guide the launch of Tab-cel Ebvallo, working across medical affairs, market access, and field teams to ensure patient access and clinical excellence. The role requires extensive knowledge of cell therapy, BMT/SOT, and collaboration in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with strong scientific or medical background.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience working in collaborative, complex matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Design and execute strategic account plans with stakeholders.
• Educate physicians on disease state, unmet needs, and treatment pathways.
• Develop site account plans and map referral networks.
• Drive launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration for Tab-cel Ebvallo.
