CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, including AlloHeme.

You will educate providers, aid implementation, and manage strategic accounts across blood and marrow transplant centers, oncology practices and academic medical centers in the United States. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in healthcare sales, strong clinical selling skills, and a proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, advance degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within the hematology-oncology market.
• Experience supporting blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
• Proven ability to establish and implement clinical, operational, laboratory, or workflow protocols within healthcare organizations.
• Experience supporting healthcare contracting processes; LSAs or related agreements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and objectives to drive adoption and growth.
• Educate providers on clinical value and collaborate with Medical Affairs as needed.
• Lead onboarding and activation for AlloHeme and CareDx testing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize territory performance.
• Support contracting activities and remove barriers to adoption.
• Establish trusted partnerships with clinical, lab, and administrative stakeholders.
• Forecast opportunities, track milestones, and report territory performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to enable customer success.
