Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year supervised food service experience in an institutional setting preferred.
• CDM certification required; ServSafe certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Dietitian and interdisciplinary team for resident nutrition plans.
• Prepare and monitor menus to meet nutritional needs and budget guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and accurate record-keeping for nutrition services.
• Provide training and supervision to culinary staff and care staff as needed.
