Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and safe food handling standards.
• Plan menus with the Dietitian to meet residents' nutritional needs and approved dietary guidelines.
• Supervise food preparation and service to residents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and establish systems for tracking supplies and costs.
