Job summary

Turning Point Care Center, LLC is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to serve as Dietary Services Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen and dietary staff, focus on patient and customer service, and maintain positive relationships with hospital staff while upholding health and safety rules.

You will oversee menu development, purchasing, production and service, manage the dietary department budget, train and coach staff, and ensure compliance with state/local/federal

Qualifications

• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is required.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Background check, drug screen, and professional references are required for employment.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, and handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Kitchen function and staff, including menu development, purchasing, production and service.
• Manage dietary department operating budget through cost control procedures and systems.
• Train, coach and recognize staff; ensure compliance with hospital policies and health and safety rules.
