Hcshiring is hiring a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee dietary services in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment. You will lead the dietary department, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with administrators to maintain safe, efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have a CDM credential and at least 2 years of food service management experience in a similar setting, with a focus on high-quality nutritional care for residents.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all dietary department operations, programs, and staff.
• Review and update department policies, procedures, and job descriptions annually.
• Communicate policies effectively to staff, residents, families, and visitors.
• Assist with budget preparation and control expenses.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate dietary staff.
• Oversee scheduling and training to ensure consistent quality of service.
• Develop and deliver monthly in-service training sessions for dietary staff.
• Attend professional development events to stay updated on industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide education on dietary services.
