Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to develop and elevate the capabilities of its sales, delivery and customer service teams across multiple territories.

In this role you will onboard new employees, conduct ongoing coaching, and coordinate with Sales Center Manager to align market growth strategies. A Class A CDL and strong training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing is required.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Active Class A CDL is required for training and route operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Margin Minder experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate Sales Specialists, Route Sales Drivers, Trainees and Merchandisers on Look of Success standards.
• Learn all routes for delivery and provide feedback on route deficiencies.
• Provide initial training in sales, delivery, customer service, and operations processes.
