Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management/marketing.
- Two years hands-on business management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Active Class A CDL and willingness to travel 10-20% as needed.
Responsabilités
- Train and educate Sales Specialists, Route Sales Drivers and Merchandisers.
- Learn routes and provide feedback on coverage and deficiencies.
- Deliver initial training across sales, delivery and customer service processes.
- Coordinate with Sales Center Manager to discuss market trends and solutions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and update materials and standards.
- Create performance reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain training for all territories in growth-focused areas.
