Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team including onboarding of new employees in sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations processes.
• Develop incumbent sales staff to maximize sales skills and synergy across teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials to reflect best practices.
• Provide regular feedback to management and prepare reports on observations.
