Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Montana seeks a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop the sales team across sales, delivery, customer service and operations. You will onboard new employees and help grow skills for increased route effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

You'll work with leadership to analyze market trends, refresh training materials, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting company growth in a dynamic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Margin Minder (or comparable program) preferred.
• Above-average math skills for profits, margins, retail and financials.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the sales team across sales, delivery, customer service and operations.
• Learn routes, assist in route coverage and provide feedback on route deficiencies.
• Provide initial training to sales employees in all sales, delivery, customer service and operations processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Center Manager to update on market trends and growth solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and refresh materials to reflect best practices.
• Create performance reports and present findings to management.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and professional relations with customers.
