Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Montana seeks a Route Sales Trainer to develop the sales team, onboard new hires, and drive market growth. You will train across sales, delivery, customer service and operations, monitor training impact, and report findings to management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing, two years of leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Office; CDL knowledge is a plus for route coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing required.
• Two years hands-on business management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Margin Minder or similar program preferred.
• Strong math skills for margins and profits.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team including onboarding of new employees.
• Develop ongoing training to maximize sales skills and synergy within the team.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials to best practices.
• Provide regular performance observations and reports to management.
• Support route coverage and feedback on route deficiencies.
