Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team, including onboarding new employees and refining sales, delivery and customer service processes.

You will work with the Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to align market trends with growth plans, monitor training effectiveness, and create reports on performance. A focus on safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Margin Minder (or comparable program) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team and onboard new employees.
• Provide initial training in sales, delivery, customer service and operations processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials to reflect best practices.
• Provide regular performance feedback to management and observe employee performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all activities.
