Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Montana is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to lead training and onboarding for sales, delivery, customer service and operations. You will develop the sales team, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across routes and accounts.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, strong leadership and training skills, and the ability to travel 10-20%. A CDL and familiarity with DOT regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Strong training, leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in sales or route-based operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboarding of sales, delivery, customer service and operations staff.
• Develop incumbent staff to maximize sales skills and synergy.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.
• Provide regular performance feedback to management.
