Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country seeks a Route Sales Trainer to train and onboard our sales team across sales, delivery, and customer service processes. You will work with managers to assess market trends, develop staff, and ensure effective training programs that drive sales growth.

The role requires active CDL training, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Coke standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL required; ability to operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer.
• Two months with Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to learn the market and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the sales team including onboarding of new employees in sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations processes.
• Update leadership on market trends and collaborate on growth solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement best practices.
• Provide regular feedback and create reports on observations for managers.
• Lead ongoing training across sales and distribution teams in defined territories.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing
