Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Route Sales Trainer to lead onboarding and development of the sales team across delivery, customer service and operations. You will train, mentor and assess field staff, ensuring adherence to Look of Success standards and company policy.

As part of the Sales Team, you will monitor performance, report findings to management, and help drive market growth across territories while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years hands-on business management experience preferred.
• Experience in training and developing sales teams is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple routes and deliver effective onboarding for new hires.

Responsabilités

• Train sales specialists, route drivers, trainees and merchandisers on Look of Success processes.
• Learn routes for delivery and provide feedback on route deficiencies.
• Develop and deliver initial training for new hires in sales, delivery and customer service processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials to reflect best practices.
• Prepare reports on observations and performance for management to review.
