• Handle inbound/outbound calls to screen and qualify CDL driver leads.
• Provide company information and drive candidate interest in Stevens Transport.
• Process applications, verify information, and track status in ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify best-fit candidates and support interviews.
• Generate reports on sourcing, interviews, and hiring metrics.
