Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with autonomy.
• Ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Source CDL driver candidates using ATS databases and referrals.
• Contact candidates by phone and email to assess interest and qualifications.
• Screen candidates against DOT, state, local, and company requirements.
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews and assessments.
• Verify driving records, criminal history, and employment history.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and negotiate compensation.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new drivers.
• Generate recruitment reports and manage candidate data.
