Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruitment software and related tools.
• Windows-based computer skills incl. Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation using Tenstreet ATS and referrals to identify CDL driver candidates.
• Initiate contact with candidates via phone, email, and other channels to assess interest and qualifications.
• Provide information about Stevens Transport and opportunities to drive for the company.
• Review applications for completeness and compliance with CDL requirements.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess fit and qualifications.
• Verify driving records and employment history.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and records.
• Collaborate with CDL Driver Recruiters to identify best candidates.
• Generate recruitment reports for management and track metrics.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
