The role emphasizes candidate outreach via phone and email, ATS usage (TenStreet), and collaboration with hiring managers to extend offers and coordinate onboarding. Monday–Friday, in-office or remote options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; recruiting software experience preferred.
• Experience using ATS/recruitment software and related tools.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source CDL driver candidates using ATS databases and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess driving qualifications and compliance.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to select candidates and extend offers.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and training of new CDL drivers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics and generate reports.
• Build relationships with drivers and attend industry events to attract talent.
