Qualifications

• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software; strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails.
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of CDL requirements, FMCSA regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in CDL driver recruitment or transportation/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and outreach to identify CDL drivers and initiate contact.
• Screening and evaluating candidates against CDL and DOT requirements.
• Verify driving records, criminal records, and employment history for compliance.
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess driving skills and work history.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation with selected candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and safety compliance.
• Generate recruitment reports and manage candidate data.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and attend industry events.
