Stevens Transport is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented CDL Driver Recruiting Support Specialist to connect with prospective truck drivers, screen applicants, and support the driver recruiting team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and telephone skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred; Tenstreet ATS knowledge is a plus; CDL/FMCSA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective CDL drivers through warm leads, outbound calls, email, and referrals.
• Explain driving opportunities and generate interest in joining Stevens Transport.
• Screen applicants to determine qualifications and eligibility.
• Review applications, driving records, employment history, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with Driver Recruiters.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the early recruiting process.
• Partner with recruiters to identify qualified candidates and support hiring goals.
• Prepare recruiting reports and ensure compliance with applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
• Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or transportation industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Tenstreet ATS and knowledge of CDL/FMCSA requirements are preferred.
