You will build a skilled driver workforce and ensure safety/compliance while coordinating onboarding and training. The role emphasizes candidate outreach, DOT compliance verification, and data-driven reporting, with an hourly pay + bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting CDL drivers and high-volume staffing.
• Familiarity with DOT, FMCSA and safety standards.
• Proven success sourcing candidates via ATS and referrals.
• Strong communication, organization and compliance focus.
• Ability to manage multiple stages of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source CDL driver candidates via ATS, referrals and outreach.
• Screen, interview and assess qualifications and driving history.
• Verify records and regulatory requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate in-depth interviews and administer assessments.
• Collaborate with managers to select candidates and extend offers.
• Support onboarding, orientation and training for new hires.
• Generate recruitment metrics and maintain candidate data.
• Build relationships with drivers and attend industry events.
