Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and related tools.
• Strong computer and typing skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and email.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and candidate outreach to assess interest and qualifications.
• Review DOT, State, Local and Company requirements to assess candidates' qualifications and compliance.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of applications, including driving records and history.
• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews with CDL driver applicants.
• Maintain an organized database of applicants and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with CDL Driver Recruiters during interviews and selection.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with Driver Recruiters.
• Generate recruitment-related reports and monitor sourcing and hiring metrics.
