Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a CDI Supervisor to lead the Clinical Documentation Improvement team in our Southern Nevada facilities. This role reports to the CDI Manager and requires strong leadership to drive program success and align CDI activities with corporate goals.

The supervisor will guide staff development, oversee documentation quality initiatives, and collaborate with clinical and coding leadership to improve clinical documentation accuracy and compliance across Valley Health

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; MS in Nursing preferred; four years of nursing experience may substitute for degree.
• Five (5) years of experience in CDI and CDI quality improvement projects required.
• RN license in Nevada or International Medical Graduate required; CCDS/CDIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to the CDI team.
• Plan, develop and implement the Clinical Documentation Management Program.
• Support CDI departmental goals and achieve clinical and operational excellence.
