Job summary

The Valley Health System in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Supervisor for the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) team. Under the supervision of the CDI Manager, you will provide first-line supervision, demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, and advanced CDI knowledge to drive the Clinical Documentation Management Program.

Qualifications

• BSN required; four years of nursing experience may substitute.
• MSN preferred.
• Five years of CDI experience required.
• RN license in NV or International Medical Graduate required.
• CCDS or CDIP certification preferred.
• Experience in training is a plus.

• Supervise CDI team on a first-line basis.
• Lead planning, development, and implementation of the CDI program.
