Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada is seeking an experienced Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor to lead the CDI team under the CDI Manager. You will oversee planning, development, and implementation of the Clinical Documentation Management Program and support departmental goals.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred), RN license in NV, at least five years CDI experience, and training experience. CCDS or CDIP preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN preferred.
• Five years of CDI experience required.
• Valid RN license in NV or International Medical Graduate status required.
• CCDS or CDIP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CDI team and support the CDI Management Program.
• Lead planning, development and implementation to achieve clinical and operational excellence in CDI.
