Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada seeks a Supervising Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) professional to lead and mentor the CDI team. You will drive planning, development, and implementation of the Clinical Documentation Management Program to achieve clinical and operational excellence.

We value RN-licensed professionals with BSN, 5 years CDI experience, and CCDS/CDIP preferred. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• CDI knowledge and leadership capabilities.
• Experience planning and guiding CDI programs.
• Willingness to participate in quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the CDI team and ensure program goals are met.
• Lead planning, development and implementation of the CDI Management Program.
• Support clinical and operational excellence through CDI initiatives.
