Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, NV seeks a CDI Supervisor to lead the Clinical Documentation Improvement team under the CDI Manager. You will oversee daily CDI operations, mentor staff, and drive the success of the Clinical Documentation Management Program across the network.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active RN license in Nevada, at least five years in CDI, and CDI quality improvement experience; MSN preferred. CCDS/CDIP preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Five years of CDI experience required.
• Experience with CDI quality improvement projects required.
• Valid RN license in the State of Nevada or International Medical Graduate required.
• CDDS or CDIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to the CDI team.
• Lead planning, development and implementation of the CDI program.
• Support departmental goals and CDI excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate to advance clinical documentation improvement initiatives.
