Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada seeks a Supervisor for the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) team. You will provide first-line supervision, demonstrate strong leadership, and guide CDI knowledge to support the Clinical Documentation Management Program.

You will participate in planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and excellence in CDI efforts across the network.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Five years of CDI experience required.
• Experience with CDI quality improvement projects preferred.
• RN license in NV or International Medical Graduate status required; CCDS/CDIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to the CDI team.
• Demonstrate leadership and advanced CDI knowledge.
• Participate in planning, development, and implementation of the Clinical Documentation Management Program.
• Support departmental goals and achieve clinical and operational excellence in CDI efforts.
