Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Supervisor within the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) team at its Henderson, NV facilities. Under the CDI Manager, you will provide first-line supervision to the CDI staff and help drive the Clinical Documentation Management Program to achieve clinical and operational excellence.

Required are a BSN with 5 years CDI experience; NV RN license or equivalent; CCDS or CDIP preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MS degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of CDI experience required.
• Active RN license in Nevada or eligible IMG.
• CCDS or CDIP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the CDI team under the CDI Manager and assist in planning, development and implementation of the Clinical Documentation Management Program.
• Support clinical and operational excellence in clinical documentation improvement efforts.
