Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada is seeking a CDI Supervisor to lead the Clinical Documentation Integrity team within a growing health network serving over two million residents. You will oversee CDI professionals and contribute to the ongoing success of the Clinical Documentation Management Program.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with RN licensure in Nevada, 5 years of CDI experience, and a track record in CDI quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of CDI experience.
• Active RN license in Nevada or International Medical Graduate.
• CDDS or CDIP certification preferred.
• Experience with CDI quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to the CDI team.
• Support planning, development and implementation of the CDI program.
• Help achieve clinical and operational excellence in CDI efforts.
