Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Fayetteville, NC to deliver accurate damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure communication stays clear across teams.

With CCC1 Estimating System experience and a willingness to complete I-CAR training, you will join a long-standing leader in collision and glass services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information about repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks and meetings.
• Support team members and communicate repair plans.
