Qualifications

• Experience using CCC1 Estimating System is required.
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate damage appraisals and estimate repairs.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain KPIs.
• Participate in production walks and team trainings as needed.
