Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Asheville, NC is hiring an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document customer interactions, guide them through the repair process, ensure DRP and insurance compliance, participate in production walks, and complete required training such as I-CAR. A valid driver's license and one year of experience required.

Qualifications

• CCC1 Estimating System knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is expected.
• Experience with DRP processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Document each customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, procedures, and DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required trainings.
