Gerber Collision & Glass in Hanover Place, GA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating precise damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System, a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license; DRP compliance and ongoing I-CAR training are emphasized.

Formación

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1 year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend trainings as required.
