Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams. The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, knowledge of repairs, and strong communication skills.

The Estimator will work closely with the management team, participate in safety and training sessions, and contribute to achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail for documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed and communicate customer requests.

Skills

CCC1 Estimating System

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines

Basic Computer Skills
