Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in Southern Pines, NC. The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers, aiming to deliver excellent service and align with KPIs.

The role requires familiarity with CCC1 Estimating System and OE guidelines. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating or related role.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and training sessions as required.
