Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Midtown, NC is seeking an Estimator with CCC1 Estimating System experience to deliver accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair plans. You will coordinate with customers, insurers, and shops to ensure a smooth process and exceptional customer service.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with pay potential ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year with commission

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Understanding DRP processes and compliance.
• Minimum 1 year of estimating/adjusting experience.
• I-CAR training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and insurance requirements clearly and accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely estimates and repair plans for customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repairs and parts with customers, insurers and shops.
• Communicate repair progress and updates to customers and team.
• Participate in production walks and ongoing training as needed.
